Rolf Henrik Henriksen leads NSIGHT's work in operational management, project follow-up, business development, and relationship building. He has broad experience from industry, technical disciplines, production, logistics, sales, HSE, improvement work, and management.
He has also built and led a training and competence environment with around 200 members, and has extensive experience in developing people, teams, services, and customer relations. For larger assignments, NSIGHT can bring in partners with supplementary expertise.

Finn Kristian has a particular strength in assignments where existing standard solutions are insufficient. For larger development assignments, NSIGHT can scale capacity.
